THE PINES MAJOR WORKS: PROGRESS REPORT AND WEEK AHEAD AUGUST 1

Progress Report:
Fluid reports that we are now 16 days behind on the Stage 1 (Northern) works due to poor weather impacting the project (this July being the wettest ever recorded!).

Currently, the affected northern balconies are all stripped and prepped, with cavity works ongoing. Spalling works on and adjacent to northern balconies have been completed and grading/screeding of balconies is expected to commence next Wednesday 3 August.
Ongoing noisy works should have subsided with sporadic noise only to be likely.

The Week Ahead:
There will be some driveway disruption on Monday, due to deliveries of sand and cement prior to screeding. The Fluid truck driver will be present and can move the truck if it presents problems, but as always please check driveway before you leave your garage.
From Wednesday on, there will be tradesmen working in the area outside the front foyer mixing the screed (weather permitting). Access will be possible, but please take care entering or exiting the building.

Eastern and Southern Stages:
Fluid Building Services have advised that noise is likely to extend from September to November for scaffold install, southern cavity works and demolition on balconies on the Stage 2 and 3 balconies.
