| New Security Cameras We’re pleased to let everyone know that a new video security system has been installed this week to help make The Pines an even safer place to live. The system provides 24/7 coverage of: The front entrance and foyer B1 Garage and Entry B2 Garages and Entry The additional cameras will help us keep track of access to the building and provide valuable assistance if any security incidents need to be investigated. This improvement follows a number of reports of unauthorised people entering the building, together with instances where contractors carrying out renovations have used the front foyer for access, resulting in damage to our common property. We ask all residents, owners and contractors to use the appropriate building access points and to help look after our shared facilities.
