Business of the Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will consider the business outlined in the AGM Agenda circulated by the Strata Manager, including:
- Election of the Strata Committee
- Review of financial statements
- Adoption of budgets and levies
- Insurance matters
- Building maintenance and capital works planning
- Consideration of proposed by-laws and motions
- General business affecting the Owners Corporation
Attendance
All owners are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting.
If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy using the Proxy Form included with the AGM Notice issued by the Strata Manager.
