NORTHERN SCAFFOLDING REMOVED TOMORROW, FRI 28 OCT. WEATHER PERMITTING!
ALL RESIDENTS PLEASE NOTE:
Removal of scaffolding will mean some pedestrian disruption to the front entry of The Pines.
Residents are requested to exercise care when entering or leaving the building via the front entrance.
There will also be periodic disruption to the driveway as a small truck moves the steel from the front of the building to the B1 scaffold construction area.
ALL residents need to check whether the driveway is obstructed before attempting to move any vehicles from garages on B2. There will continue to be NO vehicular access to and from the B1 garages during the work hours of 7am and 3.30pm.
Painters will touch up the northern balconies as scaffolding is removed.
