Southern/Eastern elevation scaffold erection almost completed. Swinging stage motor now repaired and work will recommence on southern wall facing swimming pool. Steel scaffolding stacked on what was once the front garden to be removed this week.
IMPACT ON B1 GARAGES ACCESS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY FOR THE NEXT WEEK:
Scaffold installation continues on the B1 platform, weather permitting. Vehicular access to all B1 GARAGES restricted during working hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm. Affected residents requiring their cars are advised to park on the street before 7.00am.
IMPACT ON DRIVEWAY ACCESS FOR ALL RESIDENTS:
Due to steel scaffolding collection from front garden and deliveries/movement of steel to the B1 level, ALL residents should be prepared for intermittent obstruction of the common driveway, weather permitting. Residents with B2 GARAGES are requested to check for any small truck movements on the driveway before driving out.
