The Extraordinary General Meeting of The Owners Strata Plan No. 3840, held wholly by pre-meeting electronic voting, and scheduled for June 1 has been rescheduled for 9 June 2022.
The SP3840 Strata Committee was originally advised to hold the EGM on June 1. However the documentation mailed to Owners by the Strata Manager PICA Group changed the date to Thursday 9 June 2022 at 10:00 AM.
To ensure that NO owners are disadvantaged, pre-meeting electronic voting now closes on Wednesday 8 June at 10:00 AM. Thank you to all those owners who have already voted.
Voting is via the Pines web site, www.pinesmanly.com/Voting. The Voting page is password protected. Owners have previously received their password in a separate email for security reasons.
