They’re back!
Tomorrow, the scaffolders’ truck will be delivering the hanging stage in preparation for the painting works. Hopefully they will complete the delivery by noon, but their timing is always problematic.
Therefore, we are advised to remove cars from garages and park on the street well before 9.00am. It will be a complicated delivery and once the scaffolders’ truck is in place, it won’t be able to be moved to allow entry or exit until the job is completed.
As always it is advised to check if the driveway is free before leaving your garage at any time tomorrow.
Northern balconies work continues. Some noise will occur for the rest of this coming week as spalling and cavity works are carried out on affected balconies.
Residents are reminded to remain aware of privacy issues as Fluid workers traverse the scaffolding.
