Before You Submit a Complaint

The Pines is a community of neighbours living closely together. From time to time, misunderstandings or concerns may arise. Our shared goal is to maintain a respectful, safe and harmonious environment for everyone.

1. Consider a Friendly Conversation
Where appropriate and safe, we encourage residents to first consider a calm and respectful conversation with their neighbour. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

2. Safety Always Comes First
If your concern involves threats, violence, intimidation or immediate danger, please contact Police before submitting this form. The Strata Committee does not investigate criminal matters.

3. About This Form
This form allows you to formally notify the Strata Committee of a concern affecting common property or a potential by-law issue. Please provide factual information only. All submissions are handled confidentially and reviewed in accordance with The Pines Dispute Protocol.

The Pines is managed by volunteer residents supported by a Strata Manager. Thank you for contributing to a respectful community.
