Foyer Project Timelines
Dear Residents,
We’d like to share a brief update following the latest advice from our contractor, Sutech, regarding the upcoming CBC works:
Project Timeline and Next Steps:
- CBC Work Commencement:
CBC works are likely to start shortly after May 20, 2025. May 27 is anticipated on site start date.
We will confirm the exact date once final scheduling is completed. - Finishes Selection:
- Design options are expected from Consultant by May 26, 2025.
- Owner survey and review will follow immediately.
- Final finishes selections are expected to be completed by May 31, 2025.
- Glazing Orders:
- A measure and order of glazing items will occur shortly after finishes are confirmed.
- Fabrication will take approximately six weeks.
- The glazing frame colour has been confirmed as silver to match the building’s existing windows.
- Building Access:
- Access via the front door may be limited for up to 8 weeks once works commences. May 27 is anticipated on site start date.
- Further updates and instructions will be provided closer to the start date.
