THEY’RE BA-AACK!
Construction site conditions have resumed after the Christmas/New Year Break.
Access: Residents are reminded that, while there are currently no restrictions on driveway access and garaging, please always check that access is free before entering or exiting garages and the driveway. Be prepared for occasional, unscheduled blockages.
Balconies: Affected balconies on Eastern (3-bed) and Southern (2-bed) elevations remain under construction site conditions. They are currently experiencing brick cavity works, which generate substantial clouds of fine particle dust.
DUST PROBLEMS. ALL units on the Eastern and Southern elevations are strongly recommended to keep ALL windows and doors closed during work hours as this fine dust will penetrate everywhere. Do not go out, even for short periods without checking windows, such as kitchen and bathroom, and doors are closed.
