MAJOR WORKS UPDATE: SUN 27 NOV 2022

Please read below for:

Majority of jackhammer work now complete on affected southern and eastern balconies. This will be followed by brick cavity works, so unfortunately noise will continue.

Removal of old sealant between balcony side walls and brickwork is currently being undertaken in preparation for replacement.

Doors will not be removed prior to Christmas. Curtains and blinds do not need to be removed yet.

Preparation for ALL units on southern/eastern elevations

Make sure ALL objects (furniture, plants etc) are removed from ALL balconies, due to treatment of rust spots, spalling and painting of soffits (balcony ceilings). Otherwise, paint can drip onto any possessions left on balconies.

Update on works over northern balcony facades (clothesline area)

Owners and residents of garages for Units 2; 10; 21; 36; 14A and 24, please note that works over the northern balcony facades will now NOT begin until after Christmas, as the swinging stage is being retained in its southern location so work crews can complete painting and brick cavity works as quickly as possible

Vehicle access to garages and driveway

B1 access still restricted during 7am-3.30pm working hours, due to demolition rubble being removed etc.

B2 vehicular access subject to intermittent driveway blockages between 7am and 3.30pm. Please check before driving out or driving in.
