With scaffolding now fully completed for the Eastern and Southern elevations, be aware that from 7am to approximately 3.30pm Monday to Friday, there will be workmen walking past windows, including those to your bathrooms and bedrooms. Please take responsibility for your privacy needs at all times.
IMPACT ON B1 GARAGES ACCESS FRIDAY
Materials delivery and access to continue on the B1 platform. Vehicular access to all B1 GARAGES restricted during working hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm. Affected residents requiring their cars are advised to park on the street before 7.00am.
IMPACT ON DRIVEWAY ACCESS FOR ALL RESIDENTS
Due to steel scaffolding collection from front garden and deliveries/movement of materials to the B1 level, ALL residents should be prepared for intermittent obstruction of the common driveway. Residents with B2 GARAGES are requested to check for any small truck movements on the driveway before driving out.
