IMPACT ON B1 GARAGES ACCESS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
Construction of the steel platform is now complete. This coming week, weather permitting, Fluid will be installing a plywood floor on the platform, for safety and to stop debris falling onto anyone driving or walking in or out.
This means that vehicular access to all B1garages is restricted during working hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm. Affected residents requiring their cars are advised to park on the street before 7.00am.
Weather will continue to cause unplanned delays. Residents are requested to observe carefully if planned works are active before deciding on impromptu garage access during wet weather.
DRIVEWAY ACCESS:
It is anticipated that there may be intermittent or no disruption to driveway use.
IMPACT ON B2 GARAGES:
Monday may see some activity in the undercover section of B2 garage as steel support posts are installed in front of U37 garage. This may cause some temporary disruption to garage access.
