Due to safety concerns as scaffolding is constructed, the front entrance to the Pines will be blocked for large periods of time on Thursday 19th May and possibly Friday 20th May.
To enter the building, residents and visitors are requested to use the side Fire Door entry next to the letter boxes. YOU WILL NEED YOUR KEY.
To exit the building, residents and visitors are requested to take the lift to Level 1 and use the fire stairs. The left-hand fire stair leads to the outside side gardens. The right-hand fire stair leads to the B1 and B2 garage levels. DO NOT FORGET TO CARRY YOUR KEYS.
Driveway should be largely unobstructed on Thursday.
