Essential maintenance
The additional restrictions announced on Saturday will cease Council construction work but we are permitted to continue with essential services for the maintenance, safety and upkeep of public and recreational spaces, including parks, sportsfields and road and footpath maintenance.
In addition, the following services remain unaffected:
- All waste services
- Kimbriki
- Council childcare centres
- Meals on Wheels
- Library 2U
- Hop, Skip, Jump bus service
