1) VOTING on Motion 2.1: Selection of contractor for SP 3840 (the Pines) Major Works to be undertaken in 2022.
Original Building Report and Tender Outcome Report are included with the Agenda papers sent to Owners.
The Balcony and Façade Tender Specification can be viewed on the Pines website: www.pinesmanly.com Click on “Committee” on top tool bar and select from dropdown menu.
Present will be Steve Bowen, from specialist waterproofing and building consultancy Sutech Pty Ltd, to advise on the merits of each quotation and to answer any outstanding questions.
2) DISCUSSION on methods/timings of funding and the drawing up of Works Contract.
3) VOTING on Motion 3.1: Process to draw up Works Contract.
