Two upper level residents advised today that there was a lot of noise coming from the ventilation vents outside their doors in the lobby level.
Our secretary, Diana, inspected the plant room. On advice from our ventilation contractor, the blower was turned off until the blower can be inspected and maintenance carried out on the blades.
Repair visit is scheduled with the next week.
