Screeding of affected balconies on the Northern elevation has been completed and prepping for the waterproof membrane has begun.
Fluid Building Services/Sutech have advised that residents should expect balcony door removal to possibly commence mid-next week, all being well and weather permitting. An approximate program for when each unit will be affected will be provided to owners and residents in due course.
