– Lift Replacement: The lift replacement project has been completed! Hamilton Elevators will remain onsite for a few more days to ensure a thorough clean-up and final checks, confirming everything operates smoothly.
– Pool Repairs: Repairs to the pool are ongoing, and we hope they will wrap up soon. Thank you for your continued patience.
– Intercom System: We know the intercom outage continues to impact our three-bedroom units, and we appreciate your understanding. Multiple contractors have assessed the issue, and we are actively working to find a solution.
As we approach the holiday season with planned family visits on the horizon, we’re happy to note that no new major projects are planned until next year. Subject to Strata Committee approval, projects like the front entry drainage improvements and a foyer refresh are slated to start early next year after the holidays
