SP3840 AGM 2020

The 2020 meeting was deferred under COVID-19 extensions and is now required to comply with strata regulations.  Because of COVID-19 restrictions this meeting will be held electronically.

The meeting notice and agenda mailed to Owners by strata manager BCS is very wordy and complex. Our requests to BCS to reduce the size, cost of the mailing, and to simplify voting for owners by using the Pines website eVoting option seem to have been ignored.  

To confirm, this is a ‘procedural meeting’ only as the year 2020 has passed with all necessary management and building requirements successfully completed by your Strata Committee.

Voting options have been separately emailed to each Owner, or their leasing agent.
