Resident Complaint & Incident Reporting Form Available

A new Resident Complaint & Incident Reporting Form has been added to The Pines website.

This form provides a clear and structured way for residents to notify the Building Liasion of:

  • Alleged by-law concerns

  • Conduct affecting common property

  • Safety issues

  • Damage to common property

  • Repeated nuisance matters

The form supports fair, consistent and confidential handling of concerns in accordance with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW) and the registered Pines By-Laws .

Where appropriate and safe, residents are encouraged to first attempt respectful neighbour-to-neighbour communication before lodging a formal complaint.

The Pines is managed by volunteer Strata Committee supported by a Strata Manager . This new form helps ensure matters are documented clearly and reviewed responsibly.
