| Remaining Works Through July Painting Painting will continue throughout July, weather permitting. This coming week please be aware and careful of painters working in the B1 and B2 parking areas, as well as the garden beds and driveway walls. B2 garage residents, please enter from driveway slowly as there may be some minor construction work undertaken around the wall pipes down there, as well as painting activity. Roof Works Continues Next Three Weeks Approx. Please be prepared for intermittent noise. Balcony Balustrade Safety Audit Last week’s balustrade safety audit resulted in the identification of 8 balustrades to be tightened (Units 6, 8, 12, 14, 22, 30, 34, 37), and 3 top rails (Units 21, 5, 3) to be replaced due to salts (efflorescence) damage. The work will be done by original suppliers Donalco and co-ordinated by Sutech. Only 3 units (Units 39, 25 and 15) were unable to be accessed at this time.
