Starting this Monday October 11th, the replacement of pipes and sprinklers in the majority of garages on B1 and B2 will begin in the B1 shared carpark space.
Once Civil Fire have started work, they will have a clearer idea when certain vehicles in that area may need to be moved for the day.
Those residents will be contacted directly by Civil Fire or by myself. As the days progress a plan will be formed to start on the lock up garages. Details will be posted as they become available. We expect this work to take up to 4-6 weeks.
Garages which will not have replacement work done because they were addressed 7 years ago are those that belong to units: 1,3,6,7,9,12,18,27,30,39.
