UPDATE ON MAJOR WORKS START DATE 2022
Fluid Building Services are currently waiting on external scaffolding information and are now looking at a mid-March start date. This is a slight delay on the original March 4 start date. Stay tuned.
WOBBLY BALCONY BALUSTRADES
The Strata Committee has recently investigated and resolved issues with loosened balcony balustrades for several units. The Committee is concerned that there may be other units experiencing something similar.
IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR BALUSTRADE HAS A WORRYING DEGREE OF MOVEMENT, PLEASE CONTACT [email protected] TO ARRANGE FOR AN INITIAL INSPECTION.
IS YOUR GARAGE AVAILABLE DURING MAJOR WORKS 2022?
Several Owners have indicated plans to move out during the upcoming Major Works. If anyone has a garage likely to be unused through this period who would be willing to allow another resident to share in the use of their garage, please contact [email protected] .
