Pines Major Works Progress Report
Sutech have provided the following progress report:
Program Overview
Weather Days: Two weather days have been recorded in the last two weeks. We are 18 days behind on the Stage 1 works due to poor weather impacting the project.
Current works
▪ All northern balconies graded and membraned.
▪ Door removal for membrane works has been completed in 23, 26, 32 and 35.
▪ Door removal for membrane works is currently being undertaken in Unit 2, 5 and 17.
▪ Door removal for membrane works being undertaken in Unit 8 and 11 next week.
▪ Cavity membrane works being completed.
▪ Expansion joints on the northern balconies have been completed.
▪ Concrete spalling and painting works being completed on western façade (northern end) Area has been inspected and signed off by Sutech. The swinging stage will be relocated to the south end (west façade) on Wednesday 7 September 2022.
▪ Abseilors have commenced works on areas where swinging stages cannot be installed.
