Foyer Design Concepts – Summary
Our consultant has proposed three modern design options. Please take a moment to view them and cast your vote in the email sent to Owners. For comparison, the first image is the Pines Foyer in its current state.
🔹 Concept 1: Classic Coastal
Elegant and timeless, this design draws inspiration from traditional beachside architecture. It features soft whites and beiges, panelled detailing, and refined coastal motifs to create a warm and welcoming entry.
🔹 Concept 2: Modern Coastal
A sleek interpretation of coastal style with clean lines and minimalist finishes. Expect light wood tones, subtle textures, and a sophisticated palette of sand and stone to convey calm and contemporary elegance.
🔹 Concept 3: Natural Coastal
Grounded in organic materials and earthy hues, this concept brings nature indoors. It includes textured walls, native timber elements, and botanical accents for a relaxed and eco-conscious feel.
Each design concept has been carefully developed to stay within budget, using materials that are locally available to avoid delays in project delivery.

The images represent the overall design style, finishes, and materials. Furnishings and final décor selections (e.g., seating, artwork, and planters) are still to be finalized and will reflect the chosen concept’s aesthetic.
