Terms and Conditions

  • Animal Confinement: I will keep the animal within the boundaries of my lot at all times.
  • Common Property Rules: I will carry the animal when it is on common property.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: I will take all necessary steps to clean any area of the lot or common property that the animal soils.
  • Restricted Areas: I will not keep any caged birds or aquariums on the balcony of my lot.
  • Noise Control: I will ensure the animal does not create noise that disrupts the peaceful enjoyment of other residents or any approved tradespeople.
  • Revocation of Consent: I accept that the Owners Corporation reserves the right to withdraw consent and require the removal of the animal if it causes a nuisance.
  • By-law Compliance: I will adhere to all provisions of the by-law registered for this scheme regarding the keeping of animals.
  • Registration and Microchipping: I will ensure the animal is registered with the appropriate authorities and microchipped where required.
  • Community Consideration: I will ensure the animal does not cause unreasonable interference with the peaceful enjoyment of any other resident within the building.
