The rain was NOT our friend this past week and scaffolding materials were unable to be delivered to complete assembly.
Unfortunately, the driveway is likely to be obstructed next week particularly on Monday, since additional scaffolding materials are scheduled for delivery — weather permitting!
It might be prudent to remove cars from garages by 7am Monday if you need to use your car on Monday. If it rains Monday, suggest you be prepared for repeats for a while.
Due to safety concerns as scaffolding is constructed, the front entrance to the Pines will continue to be blocked for large periods of time next week. Once the boards are installed on the first level of scaffold, this will not be such an issue. Please follow the EXIT signs for safety reasons.
For the time being, to enter the building, residents and visitors are requested to use the side Fire Door entry next to the letter boxes. YOU WILL NEED YOUR KEY.
To exit the building, residents and visitors are requested to take the lift to Level 1 and use the fire stairs. The left-hand fire stair leads to the outside side gardens. The right-hand fire stair leads to the B1 and B2 garage levels. DO NOT FORGET TO CARRY YOUR KEYS.
