Eastern (3-bed) Elevation

Tiling and silicone sealing of all affected balconies is now completed.

All additional brick cavity wall ties have now been installed.

Eastern (3-bed) Elevation and Southern (2-bed) Elevations Pressure Clean

A pressure cleaning crew has been booked for Tuesday 9th May and Wednesday 10th May to wash down the walls adjacent to the scaffold.

Residents are advised to keep ALL affected windows (kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in 3-bed units and balcony doors and bedroom window in 2-bed units) fully closed.

The B1 level car park will also be affected and residents needing to drive in and out throughout the day are advised to park their cars on the street by 7am, both days. Vehicles can be returned safely to the B1 garage after 3.30pm each afternoon.

Removal of Scaffold, Hoist and Platform
Weather permitting, removal of the scaffolding, hoist and platform is scheduled to begin on Monday 15th May, and will take 10 to 14 days.  
During this period, work will continue using the swinging stages.

During this period entry to and exit from garages on both B1 and B2 levels will be difficult. It is likely that B1 garages will be once again restricted to movement before 7.00am and after 3.30pm, while B2 movement will be dependent upon residents checking that driveway access is clear BEFORE leaving their garage. 

In addition, garages in the clothesline area will be intermittently interrupted due to swinging stage works, particularly Units 24 and 14A garages. See proposed timetable of works which, as always, will be weather dependent:
