Progress Report

Front Entry Soffit (Ceiling) Status
Grinding back of multiple layers of paint and render, and significant concrete spalling rectification works have now been completed. Re-rendering of ceiling will begin tomorrow Monday June5 and continue for 2-3 days, weather permitting.
This is awkward and messy work and the area will be restricted. Residents are requested to avoid using the front entrance for the duration of this work. Please enter and leave via the side fire stair entrance by the letterboxes, and always carry your keys. To leave the building, get out of lift at Level 1 and enter Right Hand fire stair. This will take you to side entrance.

Parking
There are no restrictions on parking for garages on the B1 and B2 levels. However, there will continue to be trucks collecting and moving building materials so garage users need to remain aware of truck movements on the driveway and to check that access is free before driving out of their garages. Builders (Fluid) will continue to be flexible wherever possible with truck obstruction.

Units 2, 10, 21, 36 and 15 Garage Use
from tomorrow Monday June 5

A mobile scissors lift is now parked outside these garages. Starting tomorrow Monday June 5, the scissors lift will be used to complete spalling rectification and slab edge painting on the area above these garages for approximately the next two weeks, weather permitting.

There will be no access to these garages during the working day so owners needing their cars are requested to park on the street from 7am until 3.30pmeach day. After this time, the scissors lift will be parked out of the way.
Residents are advised that weekday access to the clothesline while this work is completed is restricted, and could result in damage and staining to clothes.

Hanging Stages
The hanging stages are scheduled to be moved next Wednesday June 7 from the clothesline area where they are currently parked, to the Southern Elevation face, weather permitting. This will enable completion of paint works and repairs which will take approximately 3 days. The stages will be parked on the platform over the entrance to B1 garages overnight, to allow free access to B1 garages.
