A substantial revision of the Major Works program means that work can commence in approximately four weeks. The change allowing this to happen is that work starts on the Northern Elevation, rather than the Southern Elevation as originally proposed. The complex scaffolding required for the Southern Elevation would have taken an additional 6 weeks to construct, and rather than continue to hold off for this, the SC has taken the decision to start with the Northern Elevation and have this work proceed while the Southern scaffolding is being engineered. Accordingly, Fluid have now provided us with a revised work schedule. Work will now begin on May 16. Please refer to the picture below for location codes.
