Due to the extreme levels of rain and wind, water is entering the lift shaft.
Our Lift Technician has attended and has advised us that the lift must be shut down due to the potential harm that may arise from the electrical wiring getting wet.
When conditions ease we will keep residents updated as to when the lift will be returned to service.
