Key By-Laws at The Pines – Please Read & Respect
Dear Residents,
To ensure harmonious and safe living at The Pines, please take note of the following important by-laws that affect all owners and residents:
- 
Noise – Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. No disruptive activities or loud gatherings. 
- 
Flooring – Any changes to flooring require approval and must include soundproof underlay to prevent noise transmission between units. 
- 
Common Areas – Do not block hallways, leave items in shared spaces, or damage gardens, stairs, or walls. 
- 
Garbage – Use bins correctly. Do not leave rubbish or large items on the floor or outside. Break down boxes before disposal. 
- 
Parking – Only use your designated parking space. No parking on common property, lawns, or blocking driveways. 
- 
Lot Appearance – Keep balconies tidy and free of visible clutter or hanging laundry. 
- 
Storage & Safety – Don’t store flammables or block exits. Keep garage areas clean and safe. 
- 
Pets – Pets require formal approval from the Owners Corporation. Pets must be secured at all times on common property. 
- 
Renovations – Any changes, including floor coverings or structural work, require written approval and compliance with standards. 
- 
Security – Always close and lock garage and building doors. Do not share keys or access devices irresponsibly. 
- 
Short-Term Letting – Letting for fewer than 90 days is prohibited. All leases must comply with by-laws and zoning rules. 
- 
Swimming Pool – Use responsibly. Guests must be accompanied by residents. No alcohol, glass, or parties in the pool area.
