Intercom System: We’ve successfully resolved the intercom issue. The root cause was a failure in an electrical wire, which required rewiring through the lift cavity.
As we approach the holiday season, we’re pleased to inform you that no new major projects are planned until the new year. However, subject to Strata Committee approval, initiatives such as the front entry drainage improvements and a foyer refresh are slated to commence early next year after the holidays.
