The Strata Committee commissioned a choice of two options for re-painting ‘The Pines’ in 2022 from a recommended colour consultant.
Key concepts included updating a nearly 60-year-old building; visual reduction of the ‘bulk’ of the building against the skyline; sympathy with the building’s surroundings and harmony with its existing gardens (keeping in mind a future change to the visually-dominant driveway surface).
