The new owners of Lot 26 are planning to undertake renovation of their bathroom and kitchen during next years’ Major Works period.
Accordingly, as waterproofing is involved, the Owners Corporation is required to approve the renovations by striking a Special Bylaw which requires an EGM.
Voting is via the Pines web site, www.pinesmanly.com/Voting. The Voting page is password protected. Owners will receive their password in a separate email for security reasons.
THE EGM WILL BE HELD WHOLLY BY MEANS OF PRE-MEETING ELECTRONIC VOTING.
VOTING WILL CLOSE ON Sunday, 31 October 2021 AT 10:00 AM.
