Unfortunately during the current renovation of Unit 14 on Level 5, “concrete cancer’ has been discovered on the balcony.
Our building engineering experts will begin to address the problem by drilling out the concrete. Regretably this will create a great deal of noise throughout the day.
If possible, it would be a good idea to be out of the building during the remedial work.
Hopefully, the work can be completed on Friday depending on the extent of the problem.
