[COVID-19] PINES VISITOR POLICY

More than 80 souls make up our Pines community and we are ALL responsible for each other’s safety.

By doing our best to respect and abide by the following guidelines we will continue to keep us all healthy and safe.

PERSONAL VISITORS

1) Residents are asked to meet at the front foyer and to escort visitors to their unit in person.

2) At all times, keep a record of your visitors and if possible their contact details (date of visit; contact number etc.), in case they need to be contact traced at a later date.

3) Federal Government mandated 2-person Social Distancing Policy to be observed.

4) Please maintain constant personal hygiene at all times.

1) Delivery personnel will be advised at the front door NOT TO ENTER the building unaccompanied.

1) ALL DELIVERIES TO BE COLLECTED BY RESIDENTS AT FRONT FOYER DOOR. THIS INCLUDES prepared food deliveries (Deliveroo; UberEats; pizza and the like). NO delivery person to be wandering around our building looking for apartment numbers please.

2) If you are expecting delivery of a bulk item (e.g. whitegoods etc.), please meet delivery/installation person at the appropriate entrance and escort them to your apartment. Please don’t just buzz them in.

3) If you are in self-quarantine for recent travel or other health reasons, or need assistance to get to the foyer for deliveries, please talk to your neighbours or contact Strata Committee Chair Pam on 0411 105 317.

It would be appreciated if our community can help by retrieving parcels for known neighbours and leaving them at the relevant Unit front door.
