REMAINING WORKS: SUN 2 July 2023

Painting

Painting will continue throughout July, weather permitting. This coming week please be aware and careful of painters working in the B1 and B2 parking areas.
There will be no restrictions on garage access in these areas, but be prepared to accommodate painters who may have to move materials and equipment.  Allow time to check that the driveway is free before entering and leaving garages.

Roof Works Continues Next Four Weeks Approx.
Please be prepared for intermittent noise.

Concrete Spalling Removal Unit 14A, Level 5
Substantial spalling remediation work is required inside this unit beginning Tuesday 4th July, beginning with jackhammer work.

Residents are advised that this will create substantial noise initially. Work will likely take the remainder of the week. The owner and the SC apologises for this unavoidable disruption.

Loose Balustrade Safety Inspection Friday 7 July Beginning 7.30am
Due to several balcony balustrades working loose over time, Steve Bowen from Sutech will conduct a safety audit of ALL unit balustrades next Friday morning.

Each inspection will take approx. 3 minutes starting from the top (Level P) and working down to the 1st floor.

Please be prepared to let Steve have access at this time. If no-one will be at home, please contact me on [email protected]  and/or leave front door open (Steve and I will secure on leaving), so that he can complete the assessment.
If you have any concerns about the integrity of your balustrades and you cannot be present, please make a key available or leave front door open (Steve and I will secure on leaving), so that he can complete the assessment.

If you are holding a key for a neighbour who is currently away, please let me know.
Thank you
