Plumbers have now completed Stage 1 on the old storm water pipes located on the Southern rear of the Building.
Stage 2 work is required when the pipes currently under the hoist become accessible. Even so, Stage 2 works are NOT as immediately critical as Stage 1 and can be scheduled to suit.
