Thursday 13th or Friday 14th: Start to build scaffolding support frame on B1.
IMPACT ON ALL RESIDENTS FROM TUESDAY TO FRIDAY Disruption to driveway during loading and unloading of steel adjacent to B1 carpark entry from 7.00am – 3.30pm. If residents require access to their vehicles during these times, please remove vehicles and park on the street before 7.00am.
IMPACT ON B1 GARAGES ACCESS During the construction of the support frame and scaffolding, it is likely that there will be significant obstruction to garage use during working hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm. Affected residents are advised to park on the street before 7.00am.
IMPACT ON SPECIFIC GARAGES (B1 & B2) NOTE: From Thursday onwards, U1; U16; U34 and U37 will have NO access to vehicles in their garages until completion of works in March 2023.
