ANNUAL HOT WATER INSPECTIONS ADVICE
The Executive Committee has now contacted all owners (or their leasing agents) advising them of their respective issues. In accordance with The Pines’ By-Laws, owners have up to eight (8) weeks to resolve any outstanding issues highlighted in the reports which were emailed over the past two weeks. Any tenants who would like a copy of their system’s report should contact [email protected].
VEGE-LICIOUS
The Pines vegetable garden is thriving – as are the very hungry caterpillars in the kale!. The lettuce and parsley are ready for picking but PLEASE, remove the leaves from the outside in, so that each plant will go on growing until they “bolt”. As no insecticide spray is used, the kale will just have to be donated to the very hungry caterpillars and will be removed, while the carrots are not ready for pulling yet. Next in will be cherry tomatoes and strawberries, with basil to follow. In the meantime, the spring onions are steadily growing against the wall, as is the oregano. Enjoy!
