COVID-19 UPDATE

Fourteen new cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed bringing the total number of cases in NSW to 3,303 on July 13.  Our risk level remains high.
 
Asymptomatic people still present a level of unknown risk. To that end, the Pines’ Deliveries/Visitor Policy will remain in place.

SP3840 STRATA ACCOUNT MANAGER. 

Our strata managing company, Body Corporate Services (BCS) is proposing another change in our Strata Account Manager. 

The Pines Strata Committee has discussed this situation at some length.  Reservations were raised given our experience and performance history with several BCS account managers over the past seven (7) years.

In the interests of a smooth transition, our Strata Committee is seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record.  We are currently sourcing CVs to identify suitable candidates for our account.

In the interim, we have requested BCS’s Managing Agent to provide oversight of our contract until we can secure a satisfactory resolution.
